Still other companies never have had local dealers. The nearest for Land Rover is in Peoria. Even Acura and Infinity are outside the area.
Of course, this is to say nothing of the European and Asian performance and luxury car owners that just don't like the way the dealership treats them. Sometimes it takes days to get an appointment. When you do, you often have to leave your car for several more. They don't even offer a loaner!
